Full separation between workspaces
Each company’s data is isolated at the database level, so your conversations and contacts never appear in another workspace.
Roles and permissions
Admin, agent and viewer, each with only what it needs. Sensitive settings, like AI agent instructions, are for admins only.
Encrypted connections
Every connection to the platform uses HTTPS, and passwords are stored with one-way hashing that nobody can read.
Sessions that expire
Sign-in tokens are short-lived and renew while you work, and idle sessions end.
Verified Meta messages
We verify the signature of every message from WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram before processing it, to block forged messages.
Abuse protection
Rate limits on the platform’s APIs, and campaign sending limits that protect your number’s quality.
A backup before every update
We back up the database before every platform update, with automatic health checks and rollback to the previous release.
Your data is yours
Export your data or ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
