In settings you create the agent, give it a name and write its instructions in your own words, then add your business information to the knowledge base and place the agent in a department. You can preview its replies before it goes live. AI agents are included in the Professional and Business plans, and in the free trial.

The agent understands customer messages in Modern Standard Arabic, common Arabic dialects and English, and replies in the customer’s language. You can set the tone and dialect in each agent’s instructions.
